Exit in Everyday life

I did it. I signed a lease on an apartment and I’m supposed to move-in next Saturday. I have no idea how to tell him I’m leaving. I’m not sure if I’m really smart or a coward for avoiding the conflict, but I do know I have to tell him… I know I need to do this… COURAGE. Emotional abuse is so, so real.
