GARAGE DOOR in Postcards 4

The third and very fancy garage door in an up position.

To compound this morning’s presidential folly of not wearing a mask, our house security system died. Lots of blinking lights in the middle of the night….which we ignored. Lots of cheering when the news announced that the prez had the virus this morning. Lots of doubt when the security system home page asked any new buyer to take it back where they bought it for a refund. Out of business?

There are other systems available now. With hard drives and with their company still in business. Dear G has spent much of the morning online investigating. Last time we bought what was available, this time we are just buying a accessible deterrent.

Our neighbor hasn’t backed into this latest garage door, and for that I am very grateful.

- Gratitude’s: That every day I get fractionally better.

Your well cared for Southern vehicles would be prized in my territory. Rust is king here.

The "edit" button doesn't work, so I post this here instead:
"...Buried deep in the garage, G found the box our security system came in. He spent much of the day playing detective finding the sites, finding the reset info, and resetting. By 2:30 PM, he was able to tell me that the flashing lights told him that a moth flew in front of the cameras, and around 0230 AM the Border patrolman got off work and came home. Best of all, we didn’t spend $300.00 on a whole new security system.

Glad you saved yourself some dough in the end with G’s vigilance! :)

Grumpy is looking good!

I think COVID is a scourge for all of us. That Trump got it is karmic in every sense of the word. Will he learn from this?
An unqualified NO.

Certainly he won't. We both agree with you.
Grumpy is 26 now. LOL

Feeling better is good! Just keep on pushing in that direction.
