Things to be grateful for
-Got to walk twice
-Was able to get 2 hours of work done despite feeling like shit.
-Was able to run one errand early in the day
-Broke up the awful mood I was in.
-Was able to take a bath today.
-Starting to question doing these entries/videos because they are all the same after awhile.
-Wasnt able to do much in the way of anything productive after getting back from one errand because the pain got to be horrendous.
-Digestive pain mixed in with stabbing stinging pain made for some horrible emotional distress later in the day.
-Didn’t really get much of any good hours today in the way of physical relief.
-Back of the leg pain is back.
-Starting to question physical therapy again. All the driving plus the flare ups I have afterwards are more distinct.
-Still bothering me that I can’t figure out this food stuff.. it seems like it has to do with hormones.
-Still feel like my digestive system is frozen at times.
-Have some things from the past on my mind that I can’t shake.
-Haven’t been able to complete the disability application or go to another dr appt I need to.
-Wondering if I will be enough for people.
-Mentally going insane having these bad flares for so long.
-Wondering if its the kratom im taking that is causing my digestive distress. If it is, I will be devistated because I will have to rely on pills and or marijuana only. Marijuana is good for if I want to sleep but it doesnt help distract as much from the pain as other things.
-Having to use ice more often.
-Afraid of being in the car again.
- All of this is seeming to get worse overall.
