Keto copycat Chick-fil-A!
8 Chicken Tenders
24 oz jar of dill pickles juice
3/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp pink himalayan sea salt
1 tsp pepper
2 eggs -beaten
1 1/2 cups pork panko (brea crumb substitute)
Put Chicken tenders and pickle juice in ziplock and marinate for at least 1 hour, but better overnight.
Put almond flour in 1 bowl
Put eggs in bowl 2
Put mix pork panko and salt and pink himalayan sea salt in bowl 3
Remove each chicken from the pickle juice and dip into the almond flour mixture then the egg and then the pork panko mixture.
Saute pan - coconut oil & put on medium-high heat. Cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown
Air fryer - set to 370 and cook for 15 minutes
