I went to the first place to check it out and didn't realize it is a new company that was taken over and it is "brand new" the the woman who runs it is nice but she is doing everything from marketing to hiring cna and hha's and it seems it needs to be more organized. I can't do it. She is nice and everything but no. no. no. It is just a feeling that I have and I have to follow that.
Go on up and see my old boss who use to be a D.O.N. where I work at now. She offered me the job. :) It is a really nice place. Only 2 floors and 75 residents. That's it. 75. It would be from 3 to 11 - 4 days a week. Here are the perks. If you show up on time or don't call off you get a $50 bonus every 2 weeks. Every month the company gives you $140 to go towards you health insurance since they don't carry it. They really don't have enough employees to carry it. O! It isn't crack town! Amazing! 3 employees that left where I work at now work there. So now I have to put things in motion. I need to apply for my 8 hours of pto so I don't loose that and then give my two week notice which will be just about when my workman's comp ends such as in "lite duty".... I feel like this is a good move. It's a little farther from home but the benefits out way everything else. There paying for my health insurance. How sweet is that? Sometimes things fall for a reason. Life moves on. Now just to get out of this house and move into the apt. Grrr.
Got to get some cookies and milk. Busy day tom. Do Lil Lady, then get hair cut, go to the workman's comp doctor then work. Ya ok. Peace Out and In...
