Things to be greatful for
1) I found some new things to watch
2) The stinging stabbing pain backed off only a little
3) Knocked a few more things off my to do list
4) Made some progress on some personal stuff
5) Did a fair amount of walking outside
Bad things
1) Digestive issues are horrendous still
2) Had a bad bladder spasm today, a lot of abdominal pain
3) Had issues this morning using the bathroom, pelvic floor cannot calm down
4) Depressed and anxious all morning
5) Didn’t really sleep well.

What are you watching? I am always looking for new things, who knows if we have the same taste. I am finally conquering Parks & Rec which I barely find funny, but it's a good time killer!
