Things to be greatful for
1) Got a good amount of work done today despite sleep deprivation
2) Layed outside for a good amount of time
3) Was able to walk to get the mail
4) Was able to have a long nap
5) Pain wise- had good hours today.
Bad things
1) Didn’t sleep last night, bad anxiety
2) A lot of intestinal and bladder pain/ issues
3) Not sure what I did wrong today.
4) Felt very off, couldnt concentrate or focus on much after work
5) Depression is bad.

sounds overall that your pain levels are getting better. I hope you're able to have more company come over soon!
