Real alcohol withdrawal? I wish it on nobody. I have experienced it. Please do not experience it.

Your hearing - tinnitus. Eyesight - sunlight feels too bright. A choking feeling on your neck. You can’t breath, you feel like you have to think about breathing. Nausea, fear of even having water because you might vomit again.

Don’t do this to yourself.

To say nothing about your heart. It keeps twiching. Tinging. Something off that worries you in the middle of the night. You stand up, it bothers you. You sit down, you can still feel it. You lay down, and nothing you do can make you ignore that you feel something around your heart.

Urination might be okay. Defecation? Depends on what you ate.

A heavy fog in the head, usually centering around the left rear of the head. With a tinge going from that spot down to the left pinkie. And sometimes to through the left leg.

Strangely, I found my arousal capacity escalated intact. Go figure.

Don’t. Don’t do what I have experienced. Just don’t.

Shaking in bed, hoping you can keep the next meal down. Counting the minutes, hoping they become hours. Don’t.

.....

Apples, good source of Vitamin C.
