Today I run under the rain for the first time, I did not stop my daily exercise for any issue including the rain and I never stop it.
I feel I should no assume that the physical part (daily exercise) is done, I need to get back to it and tune it like a piano. I need to think about it and how I break my record every single day. I need to fell the fulfilment happiness internally every night before sleep and every morning when I get up.
I still need to overcome my mental challenges for the Pomodoro technique. I have a high passion for it and today lesson thought me to do the neuro association for it.
I need to complete my practices today, I already have done one big part of it but I will complete it during the day (because I think I need to think more and more to find the most genuine answers). I do it on paper and transfer it here later.
