I feel like a bloody zombie again today because of the soddin’ menopause! Up multiple times for a wee, did the washing up about 3am after another wee, wanting to do nothing but drink so I was guzzling cold water, milk and juice all the time. I resisted the bottle of Thatcher’s Cider in the fridge!
As well as the normal symptoms and being exceptionally tired and feeling sick and like I’ve been kicked in the guts, I’ve also got a splitting crushing headache and toothache here at work! Thankfully it’s Saturday today so I can have a lay-in tomorrow!
