I'm back. in 2020

SO I think I’m feeling super inspired again.
I need to make BIG changes this year. Not just because it’s 2020, but why not let it motivate me a little bit?
First of all.... I need to do more self reflection. I think writing in this journal again would definitely help with that. It always used to. So..MORE WRITING! No matter what!
I also need to lose weight. I need to lose 25 pounds, period. It needs to happen so that I can feel like myself again. Having extra weight is so unhealthy and I feel the slowness of having it. It’s not good. I have a child to keep up with! This job that I have does NOT help with losing weight. I’m at a desk all day long with very limited time to get up. It’s good money, but that part really sucks.
But oh well, that can’t be an excuse anymore either. I need to make time either before or after work to walk/jog for an hour or more.

My other random goals are just to be more disciplined, stay on track with my “adult responsibilities,” do not drink a lot of alcohol, be a hard-worker, save money…etc.
Those can be accomplished. I’m just trying to be a better version of myself because we only have one life and I want to be everything I want to be while I still can be.
In other news.....

My job is going well. I’m learning A LOT. I’m enjoying it so far.
I start college on the 27th! I can’t believe that I’m finally a college student. After everything I’ve been through with school, it’s really amazing to say that. I’m proud of myself and I don’t say that lightly. :)
My daughter is a wonderful and happy little girl. She’s getting smarter and smarter every day. She’s truly the best person in the world. Nothing has changed there. <3

I think that’s all I’m going to write. I just kind of needed to get my goals out in writing so that I could look at them and make them feel more real. If that makes sense, lol.
