I cant believe my little nugget is 4 1/2 months old. She is absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to me, seriously! I havent been here in like 2 weeks, so I will try to remember what has happened.

Last weekend we went to Connecticut to visit my Mom. We left on Friday afternoon and had a wonderful weekend visiting. We went shopping on Saturday and hung out, watched some TV, did some laundry...it was a wonderful time at home. My Mom is, overall, doing well. She is done with chemo THIS WEEK! I am so happy for her. Her eyelashes and eye brows have pretty much fallen out. She said one of the hardest parts of having no hair is the nose hairs. She said her nose runs constantly. She looks beautiful without hair on her head...honestly, beautiful. She wears her wig in public but around the house she often wears nothing or sometimes a light hat. I think her hat gets itchy sometimes. I am so happy that she is almost done. I just ordered Piper and I t-shirts that say, "I wear teal for my...." Mine says Mom and hers says Grandma. My brothers wedding is coming up in June and I am hoping that her hair has grown back by then...not sure how long that actually takes.

Work.....f-in blows. I HATE it! My supervisor has been doing everything in her power to make me hate my job. She seriously goes through phases where she bullies me. She emails me basically asking what I do all day long. She tries to get me in to trouble with things. I really cannot handle her. She is such a bitch. I have a meeting tomorrow with my manager to talk about it. I honestly feel like I am bullied at work every day and I HATE it. We shall see how that goes. My supervisor is just a miserable bitch.

And, my beautiful pile of love. She is doing well. I got a cold last Thursday. She seemed okay on Thursday and Friday but Saturday morning she woke up sneezing and coughing. Her voice sounded hoarse and she was weezing a little bit when she breathed. She was pretty whiney in the morning. Around 11 I checked her temp and it was 101. I called the doctors office to see if we wait it out or give tylenol. I didnt hear back from them for over an hour. I was pissed. By this time she was super lethargic. Whenever she would wake up she would just whimper and cry and then fall back to sleep. They recommended bringing her in to the ER to get checked out. So, we did. I thought that she was okay but did not want to chance anything. We waited in the waiting room maybe 15 mins before they took her in. They checked her out, made sure she did not have an ear infection, her lungs sounded okay, and they gave her another dose of tylenol. They watched her until her temp got down to 100 and told us that we were good to go. My poor little babe. In all we were there about 3 hours. They were very efficient and have a pediatric ER so that was helpful and less scary. She really just lay/slept on me while we were there....poor nugget. Today her temp has been in the 99s all day and she has a little bit more of her pep back. I think shes getting healthier. Thank goodness!

Alright, shower time, then pumping, then bed! I will be back soon!
