The Law Of Attraction in Life After 60

“When you’re attracted to someone, it just means that your subconscious is attracted to their subconscious, subconsciously. So what we think of as fate is just two neuroses knowing that they are a perfect match.” In simple terms, neurosis (neuroses: plural) is a mental disorder that causes a sense of distress and deficit in functioning. So that explains why people in love do stupid things. It isn’t love it’s a mental disorder that they both have. And here we are trying to make it sound so romantic. LOL
Opposites attract. That’s is the law of attraction we are taught. What I have found out in my 61 trips around the sun is we got it all wrong. If we have nothing in common and are truly opposites we eventually lose interest. ( We are currently traveling 515,000 mph around the center of the galaxy. So, in one second, you’ve moved 143 miles in relation to the center of the galaxy.) No wonder I feel dizzy, and we often mistake that feeling for love.
Sweaty palms, rapid heartbeat, queazy stomach are sometimes an illness not love, but then by definition from the first paragraph, we are all just suffering from a mental disorder. So I guess I am waiting for my soul mate to come along and make me sicker!
And that’s the view from the front porch. Have a great day.

I thought is different. I have watched that movie so many times I lost count. I have been sick a few times but got over it. But then some still say I am sick. Have a great week end.
