Living in the moment in What's Happening

I think it’s great that I’m addicted to self-improvement books. Every day I catch myself using something I learned from one these books and it’s great to be able to actually notice the positive impact that they have.

The issue that I am having is that I’m sort of treating myself as a science experiment. I’m like a robot that programs myself with information from these books and then I see how it works in the real world. This is fun for me, but I feel like I’m not actually living life in the moment.

I’m treating myself like a project and I’m waiting for myself to be completed so I can then finally start living life the way I want to. The problem is: the moment I’m waiting for is already here.

I need to find a self improvement book for enjoying what I have right now.

My self-improvement needs to improve.

You should definitely read some Tim Ferriss... He's on my fantasy dinner party list!

Thank you. I’m gonna look him up.
