Humor in Life After 60

I am thankful for humor. Laughter is known to be good for people. I remember a news report that said people who laugh are healthier. I am not sure where they did their study but even the Bible tells us a merry heart does good like a medicine.
Many would describe my sense of humor as sarcastic. Scientist claim the ability to fire off quick sarcastic comebacks is a sign of a healthy brain. In that case, I should never worry about brain issues.
And then there are those who laugh at everything. Involuntary Emotional Expression Disorder (IEED) or Emotional Lability as it is called. Another made-up illness so the drug companies can make millions maybe? LOL
Find joy in every day, laugh at your mistakes, and put a smile on someone else’s face.
