I'm sad I didn't snag the opportunity to take a picture of the complete meal on the plate, but the meal was so popular that everybody dove into it rather quickly!
I'll just take the compliment as it is, and show you the feature of dinner!
That is pork loin sliced into chops and caramelized apples; my take on pork chops and applesauce! It was a hit and will go into my pile of 'recipes' I've made that are keepers.
