Friday the 13th in Life After 60

First, let me say I am not superstitious. If a black cat runs out in front of me, it’s their problem not mine. I will take all the necessary precautions not to hit it, but it’s not bad luck, it’s just bad judgment. Walking under a ladder? That is just asking for trouble. The number 13? It is about as unlucky as 666 is evil! It’s a mindset.
Now having said that, this morning on my way to run some errands, my truck breaks down. Of course, it would have happened if I had driven it the 12th or the 14th. It just so happened I drove it the 13th. Just one of those things that happened.
