WHERE: I am in the bath - well, I haven’t done this is like, forEVAH

WEARING: 4 ocean bracelet, save the turtles bracelet, a wooden bread bracelet that T bought me for mothers day many years ago and my Pride bracelet (bought at our local Pride last week). Diamond ring, simple gold band, engagement ring and wedding ring. Rainbow earrings and a variety of earrings in shades of purple titanium.

FITNESS UPDATE: we have had some of those outside workout machines put in our local park so I’ve incorporated them into my weekly routine. I’m running lots, exploring the world and reliving old places so, once a week, I’ve added the half mile run to the park, a short work out then the half mile home again. I do wonder if I’m the only person who uses them though 😂

IN THE NEWS: I no longer know, it all makes me feel so sick, literally, physically sick. There is so much hate and so little acceptance. There is no accountability anywhere, just blame and accusation. When I was running recently I passed a woman wearing a T shirt that said “Always be KIND” and it truly is that simple. Just be kind.

READING: as I’m writing a travel book I’m reading travel books. Currently re reading an old favourite called On The Road With Kids written by an Australian who, with his wife and kids, bought an old camper van in Holland and spent a year driving around Europe. It is, in my opinion, one of the best of its genre.

ACTIVITIES TODAY: I’m working from 10 until 1 and then L and I will go into town as she wants new trainers. She also has a book token which is burning a hole in her pocket and she’s desperate to spend it! My kid hides books under her pillow so she can read after lights out by the light of the street light outside her bedroom window 😂😂

THINKING ABOUT: eff knows. Too much. The constant feeling of anxiety I have rumbling in my tummy (if you’ve known me for a while you will know this is incredibly out of character). Also considering I start work in 40 minutes, I ought to wash my hair and get the hell out of the bath!

PLANNING: a visit to my dad’s on Thursday, running with an instagram friend on Friday. Small world fact: we are in the same ‘school year’ age group and grew up only 7 or 8 miles apart so went to different schools and never knew one another. She now lives a mile away from my dad and works on the site of one of my old school friend’s farms. And we met on instagram as runners, living four hours away from one another (as I moved away from my hometown in 1994).

And that’s all.
