Lots of grain and fruit.
Cut back on the fatty food and already feeling much better.
Breakfast yesterday was Oats and Wholemeal Toast
Lunch was leftover meat with salad and brown rice
Dinner was smoked salmon with Salad, capers, onion, olives and wholemeal fettucine followed by Mango sorbet.
