Read Between The Lines in Life After 60

I have never been able to do this. I don’t pick up on hints or subtle indirect methods to get a point across. I am plain spoken, direct to the point. That I understand. And because I don’t read between the lines I sometimes, (more often that not) get myself in trouble.
For instance: When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them…(Okay, I was a bit of history buff in high school, now I am just part of history.) My point to all this madness is We, as a people, as a Nation, need to wake up and realize the GOP and the Democrats ARE THE PROBLEM! We need to realize that professional politicians are ruining this country. You can not convince me that our current form of government was what the founding fathers had in mind. Enormous salaries, special only available to them perks and benefits, never entered the minds of Washington, Madison, Jefferson and Hancock.
Love him or hate him, Trump is not a politician. He is a businessman and shrewd at that. Granted I wish at times he would just stay off social media, and engage his brain before he speaks, but a least he has no true party alliance. The 2020 election will come down to Joe Biden telling us he is the answer, while Trump will continue to defy the laws of political complacency. And when the smoke clears? God only knows, but if people would vote every one out at once and get rid of the lawyers and professional politicians we might stand a chance. After all, most of the first continental congress was farmers.
