Mostly unpacked. Tons of stuff chucked.

Settlement 17th but the buyers are trying to make it sooner. Fine by me!!
Getting less sleep but much better quality.
Have Monday and Tuesday off using annual leave to get some energy back.
The treadmill is ready to use...
