The couple who cancelled their contract on my house are back. They saw it was open on the weekend and were scared of losing it to someone else.
They sought finance from another provider and apparently have pre approval but this time the agent has seen it.
All conditions the same but settlement date will now be mid march
I'm moving on Monday anyhow.
Please cross your fingers for me!!!
