I'm not exactly getting better, but I am getting the same kind of results with less photos nowadays.

I tried using my prime lens, but it turns out that unless I intend to shove a lot of other photographers out of the way, the ability to lean over someone else's shoulder and zoom in is essential.

Some fun pics:

Cosplayer:???

Character: Virgil, DMC 3 variant.

Cosplayer: Gabriel Stitch Leong, from Fightsaber.

Character: Jedi Padawan.

Cosplayer:???

Character: Defiant-to-the-end-zombie-victim-soldier, generic

Cosplayer: Mizurei

Character: Sascha Brauch and potato from Shingeki no Kyojin. She assures me it's freshly cooked.

I keep getting photos taken of me. Stealthily, by people who run away afterwards.

Edited to add:

The other guy's a student from my school, who recognised me in the outfit. I didn't recognise him, though. Clearly.

Argh. Need to fix my grip on the sword.
