february 16 in twenty-seven

I spent most of the day in bed. It was one of those days where I felt heavy hearted. Staying in bed probably doesn't help, but the other option would have been to go with the roommate to hang out at the mall with his sister and her kids, and I wasn't up for putting on my happy entertaining face. So I got up at 4:30 in the afternoon.

I made it to the gym around 7:30 and that helped with my mood. I've also started taking my vitamins again. My therapist recommended I take a calcium-magnesium-zinc vitamin, a b complex vitamin, and omega-3 fish oils. And I think they do help with my overall demeanor. And if it's just a placebo effect, at the very least it's good for my physical health.

It's late. I'm going to the gym tomorrow at 5:15 so I might get at most five hours of sleep. I shouldn't have stayed in bed all day. Now I'm not tired, and I'm in the middle of the Tanya Harding movie on Netflix which is pretty interesting.
