The co-workers…
Where to even begin with them. Some were pretty cool (probably like only 3) but a majority of them sucked complete ass. They all had their own “gRoUpIe” if you didn’t act like them, if you didn’t talk like them, if you weren’t the same race, even if you didn’t like the same food as them you were immediately cast aside. Obviously I wasn’t one of them, I didn’t mind it of course because FUCK those people. I was fine with only having 3 people that I could actually trust. But before, I was actually apart of their “gRoUpIe” but I hated every second of it. I would force myself to enjoy their present because I’m usually pretty laid back and I like to get along with everyone. I hate confrontation… it’s a complete drag. I usually try to avoid it as much as possible but if you come up to me you know I won’t be backing down.
Anyways,
When I used to hang out with them I basically became their little guinea pig. Whenever it was around lunch time I always had to go out and buy the food, go out of my way to drive long distances just to get us all food so we can eat together. Did we take turns buying new food? NO. Did any one of them want to come with me to get the food because it’s so damn hard ordering food for like 5 people who are all completely picky as fuck and want their food so damn complicated, it’s also hard as hell to carry all the food ALONE to my car. Also, keep in mind I didn’t have a nice car at the time. I literally had a hand-me-down. It was my parents van and then it was my brothers first car driving and then it became mine. But that van was literally from 1994… the drivers window wouldn’t roll down. It didn’t have any A/C, the only air in there was some hot ass heater air. I remember driving to get the food in my van and SWEATING the whole way, it was like my own personal oven… some of those people had nice ass cars. BMW’S, Range Rovers, Prius… and then their was me in my little 1994 van that squeaked whenever I hit the breaks. It was hell, they wanted me to drive everywhere. Some places even took up my WHOLE lunch time!! But did they care… nope. And once I did arrive with the food and it was finally time to eat, someone always had something to say.
“Oh I wanted Chicken not Beef”
“Why does the rice taste so salty?”
“I wanted it with the sauce on the side!”
“I can’t eat this… it already mixed in with the other food”
So many times I just wanted to bash my head onto the table multiple times until I completely lost consciousness and then find myself in the hospital (yes, I did give it some thought). Never got the whole “Oh thanks for getting the food for us, it must of been so hard for you!” NADA! I was getting tired of it all… I finally decided I was going to give out a new front, which was that I stopped caring about what they wanted and what they needed. In the end they finally left me alone, I finally went on where they wouldn’t constantly come up to me and ask: “WhAt TiMe Is LuNcH?” But I don’t know what was worse… being in their “gRoUpIe” or not being in it. I was still nice to them of course, and they were nice to me as well (even though I was only putting on a front and I’m pretty sure they were all doing the same) but every now and then they would drop hints when they were hungry, or when they wanted Starbucks, or when they just wanted something… and of course they would say it loud enough for me to hear. Assholes. But I never fell into their traps, which is probably why they kicked me out officially (THANK GOD!). The days went on… and they were getting worse and worse because now this little “gRoUpIe” even got Upper Management in their little team… they would all have lunch together, and I wouldn’t be surprised how much shit they have said. They would even go on breaks for an hour or two and still go on their hour lunch!! Whenever I tried to go on at least my 15 minute break they would throw the biggest fit and then rat on me to Upper Management and then I would be the one getting in trouble… Like how the fuck is that fair?! (also yes, I did complain to Upper Management about the hour breaks and they of course just brushed it off like it was nothing)
It drove me almost insane working with them…
Finally Upper Management decided to give everyone their own lunch schedule because when I started we always had separate lunch times we were never allowed to eat together (I don’t know why since we had hour lunches) and of course I followed the rules and so did some other people… but this “gRoUpIe” didn’t and they would still eat their lunches together… one day they just pushed me to far and I told Upper Management about their lunches (yeah I snitched because I just didn’t give a shit anymore!) and Upper Management spoke to all of them individually and can you believe one of them had the balls to come up to my face and basically tried to pick a fight with me. I could of taken them hands down, but what is even more mind boggling to me is that these people were at least 20, 30 or even 50 years older than me! I’m basically the baby of the place and they were trying to fight me… I mean I don’t give a shit if you are a baby or an elderly person, if you want respect you have to give respect in return. But no, these people do NOT respect anything. Their way of thinking is that just because I’m younger then them I have to respect my elders (of course, I do respect my elders but once they start disrespecting me all of it is out the window!). When they would have their lunches together they would bring food from home. No biggie right? WRONG! One of my friends that I worked with was pregnant and of course that made her senses like 10 times worse. Almost every single GOD DAMN day they would bring fish… I personally don’t really mind the smell because I have eaten fish before and I know what it smells like around my house. But for my friend who already isn’t a big fish fan and pregnant hated it so much. I don’t blame her, she even complained to them about it, that the smell just makes her sick. But they didn’t care they would still warm up their food and leave the door wide open for the smell to come in and my friend was pissed about it and so was I. They even had the nerve to tell one of my friends that why was she complaining, it’s not like they complain about the food she brings (she didn’t even eat in the office she would eat at home) fucking assholes. They were the fucking worse, non of them did their job and when they actually did it was all wrong. I’m surprised a majority of them are still working because most NORMAL WORK FACILITIES would of fired them any second but no, some of these people have been working there for a year!! It’s crazy! No matter how many times they fuck up, no matter how many times they don’t follow the rules they all still work there..
Because they are:

Yeah, there is always shitty people. Sorry to hear. Honestly, i would have stopped hanging out with them or being near them, unless you had to work with the.
