So much to do and I feel teard, two Christmas Cakes to finish, I bought two cakes now I have to put the Marzipan, then after two days cover the Marzipan with white icing; after thet the cakes need deorating. Then there is two Christmas Logs, the rolled cakes are coved with Chocolate, then its deoratered with plastic holly and a Red Rabin; then Icing Sugar stand in for snow; there is more I’ve never cooked a Christmas Dinner yet ...............
