Well - after the hassles of getting stepdaughter and boyfriend trained up and capable of looking after garden and menagerie. Then this mornings dog walking and watering of plants - we've now arrived in sunny Palmerston North.
Intent is to spend some time with M-in-L. And clear the chores list. Then head over and down through an area known as the wairarapper. Which has quaint colonial townships and mt Bruce a bird sanctuary.
So that's the plan. Now the chores begin.
