Back on the train. Other direction today. Had a lovely visit with my sister. We saw a concert, ate, shopped, laughed and joked as only sisters can. People ask "is she in remission?" I don't think she will ever be in remission. She will live with her cancer. I pray for a very long time. The various drugs her onc has prescribed over the past 2 years have done their job with manageable - not always pleasant - but manageable side effects. I thank God every day for keeping her here. She posses a strength and grace that keeps us all on awe.

I have mixed feelings about going home. I want to be with my family. But it was good to be away from them as well.

I very much like hands. I wanted to touch his hand. To what end? I haven't a clue. I just wanted to touch his hand. Perhaps I'm just hungry again for a warm sincere touch.
