I didn't see it coming. You crept up slowly on me before I even knew what was happening. You comforted me in my darkest hour, you soothed me, you guided me... you cherished me and all the while you were getting under my skin. You set up residence in my heart, you took it straight from my chest. I'm yours. I'm good to no one else now. You've ruined me. I didn't even realize that I'd been sleeping my life away until you opened my eyes and I truly lived. Unrestrained love poured out of my chest and through my body, heating my insides and warming my limbs until I felt like my skin was on fire. Energy shot out of my fingertips and I radiated with life and the forgotten art of passion. I feel strong... power emanates from every muscle... life rushes through my veins. Even though you're gone, you're still in my heart. You've given me such a gift, loving you. I miss you so dearly, but I will always love you- I will never give up on you. I wear my unending love for you like a badge of honor- I'm proud to selflessly care about someone.. even if they don't feel the same. Please know that every morning when I wake..
