Seriously frustrated and annoyed with not sleeping well, and now I’ll have to work on cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. It will not be fun, I’m sure. Worth it, but I’ll curse it as I’m doing it.

For tonight, I’ll have several brandy & diet (caffeine free) cokes. Maybe tonight I’ll get some fucking sleep.
