Surprising no but the neighbors are pretty loose with letting their dogs lounge about unleashed so there may be the answer.

No.

Well awake the living room … followed by kitchen… bedroom is for repose.

The house came with a pool… I gave it a shot but due to tree shade it just never got very warm so it is going bye bye.

Drink it anywhere and I have a cabinet where I keep the warm stuff. Frig downstairs for the beer and loaded mixers

Yes I have an office with desk and filing system. my book collection is shelved there as well. .

Yes and it could be bigger and I would gladly have another if I could.
