Walking...EDIT in A New Journey

This whole week I have according to my cell phone, I have put in over 35 miles of walking since Monday, WOW I just love my new adventure and loving my new MOTIVATOR!! (Dennis). We go for walks every day and today we did a little more and right after that we went and got a smoothie at my daughter’s Starbucks store and sat and talked for a little bit.
BUT with in an hour I wanted to come home and get on my PB and enjoy some reading as I will be gone this weekend!
WE have had some crazy snow and ICE all over town, I got stuck 2 times yesterday as the first one was at 6 am, just right in the street from my APT parking lot. UGH, there is a small hill and I saw a car down on the bottom stuck too and then the other direction of the road there was a high Drift of snow, SO there was NO way OUT! BUT a this person in a BIG ASS TRUCK was honking behind me kept honking at me and omg. FOR REALS you expect me to go down that hill. NO way, I am not risking a chance to hit that car down at the bottom of the hill. SO the guy came to my window and said to me, NOW I know y’alls TEXAS folks have no clue how to drive in the snow. I looked at the KID! Looks like in his 20’s or so. I stepped out of my car and told him I am actually from COLORADO and I know how to drive in the snow, HELL NO way am I going to risk hitting her car at the bottom.
SO he laughed at me and got back in the truck and backed up and went onto the grass and cut right in front of me and around the lady down on the bottom of the hill and HONKED at her too!
OMG I was livid!!
SO I called the 24 hour Property manager hotline and got a live person and told them of the truck license number and told them the road was full of snow drifts from all the winds during the night and I told him the buses will NOT be able to get in to pick up the kids for school as I was on my way to my daughter home to pick up my grand kids for school as well. HE Thanked me and said he will have the snow plow out immediately!! So then I helped the lady to get out as I helped her push her car, ONCE I got back into my car I went down that hill so fast so I don’t get stuck in all that snow drift, BUT the spot where the hill was, it turns into a Walmart parking lot. SO I am living right behind Walmart! I love living behind it as when I need something I can just walk there! BUT I prefer Organic stuff so I do my shopping at Natural Foods most of the time!
SO I got an email from my landlord asking me of what all the kid said to me! SO I responded and trying to figure out why I needed to do that. They did say there is a complaint on that kid, and I told them he went over the grass and today I just saw that he left a pretty good mark on that grass area. WOW its pretty bad! SO maybe they are going to make him pay for the ground damage or what!
Well I am going to be gone again from Friday til Sunday night with Dennis, we have plans to go do some shopping and look at some paint for his old office down stairs at his house. HE is ready for some remodeling and asked me to help him OF course I will help I love doing some house remodeling! HE plans to do some bathroom remodeling too, he wants to add a Elite Walk in Bathtub for like the Seniors! It’s like a HOTTUB too. OH oh I hope he does that would be so wonderful after a long walk or what ever!! LOL

OH I just realized to mentioned we walk in side a LONG Mall that is carpeted and it has a hill so its a perfect place to walk indoors! WE walk in there for more than an hour!! So since its a block long Mall! SO that helps. SO many people go there on the snow days! IT can get pretty crowded at times!
I love it. IT has BIG windows and once the sun is shining in there it can get pretty HOT in there so its perfect for me to wear my comfortable work out, OutFIT!!
