Finally got scheduled. 9JW’s maintenance issues resolved, so it looks like I am going flying Saturday morning. I have a great big yellow sticky on the counter to remind me I need to get to bed at a reasonable hour Friday night.
I’m supposed to go to breakfast with the boys Sunday. Sunday should be a good flying day. I guess I will have to make a decision.
4-8” of snow on the way tomorrow. Funny thing is we will be dug out and the roads will be clear by Thursday morning.
We New Englanders are a strange breed.
The first European settlement in north America was the Popham Colony. It doesn’t get any credit because it didn’t last a year. I can’t imagine what getting a toe-hold on the Maine coast must have been like in 1607.
