Since the last time, I've broken my handphone

made my own light reflector for photography:

drove six hours on the highway to Kuala Lumpur:

and found Caffeine in the papers:

(link here. It's a tabloid. After spending so long online, it actually looks sober and sensible until you read the comments.)
Oh. Cosplay. Much cosplay.
EOY, which was where Caffeine was spotted for the above article

although apart from the above didn't get many pictures that I actually liked, the one below being one of the better ones:

(Cosplayer: Huisan Yong. Character: Yuna, FFX)
And Comics Fiesta in Kuala Lumpur (hence the reason we drove up)
Day one (full album at https://www.facebook.com/yuen.xiang.hao/media_set?set=a.10152147591664085.1073741874.571969084&type=3)
where Caffeine was Hatsune Miku

One of several Hatsune Mikus

I got to play with a lot of filters:

Chelcy Wong Mun El as Shermie, KOF

Drefan Jecht Raynor as Cable (he was Thor previously)

QS Xian as femme Ghost

Ming Tuck as Izanagi from Persona

Rozleenda Roslan as... a vampire.

James Taili as Danbo, from Yotsuba.
Because Xueling decided to be difficult and Caffeine was exhausted, some of my best pics turned out to be on-the-fly shots

most of which were taken without the subject's knowledge, or without me being able to exchange cards with them.
Although these guys:

were pretty cool. The guy in the centre (Khalidi Khalid) went absolutely fanboy on seeing myself as Kyo and Caffeine as Iori, and asked for a picture with us. When we offered to kill him like Orochi he had a fangasm. After we were done, he turned to hug us, realised that Caffeine was a woman, and turned to hug me, going thank you, thank you.
Well. I've made at least one person happy. Worth one trip.
Oh. One last thing that I've done. I've learnt how to post-process:

Now this, I really like.
