Postcard From Paradise in General

I watched you sleeping
Listened to you breathing
Wondered if you were dreaming
What were you dreaming?

And I fell under your spell
And I lay where I fell
So wind down your window
I think I’m gonna kiss you
I don’t know what else to do…

I suppose it’s a point of movement. There are about a dozen songs that remind me of Audrey.

Finally I have arrived at that point where when I hear them I just smile. So wind down your window, I think I’m gonna kiss you. I don’t know what else to do.

It has been an awful winter so far, and the damn thing is barely a month old. Snow, then ridiculously cold then snow again. The snow banks are mostly higher than the cars.

The January thaw is upon us and I am going flying tomorrow. Slow flight and pattern work. This flying once a month is just burning money. I need to be flying twice a week, but the weather is not cooperating.

Friday will be pouring rain. At least it will wash some of the dirt out of the roads.

Calm winds and it will be a 19L departure. Any wind component out of the north it will be 1R and I fly right over her house.

Like a car broke down in the rain
I just can’t get started again
Without you
I want you
