Rules:
There are only a few, which are mainly common sense.
1. If using someone else’s personal videos, make sure you have permission to use the video and give the credit to the original owner/creator.
2. Using YouTube is fine as it is public domain.
3. When posting a personal video, make sure it is clean; no drugs, no drug paraphernalia, nothing majorly illegal.
Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Do I have to follow the prompts?
No. You can post any video for that day, the pompts are only there for ideas.
2. Do I have to be in the video?
No. I understand there are questions of safety. I also understand preferring to stay anonymous, especially after the debacle of a PBer being affected in real-life.
3. Can I use YouTube?
Yes. Many people have.
4. How do I post the link to the video?
If using YouTube, you will hit “Share”, which is under the video. You will see a link. Highlight and copy the link. Go to your entry and merely paste the link. To make sure it shows, you can hit “Preview” on the bottom of your entry to ensure it comes up, then “Save”!
As far as other sharing sites, I’m not sure how that works. It would be best to figure out how to use the video-share option for other hosting sites if you use those.
