I never thought I would not be looking forward to Christmas. We have no plans whatsoever. Mike called yesterday asking what Papa and I had on our wish lists. Me: “We don’t need anything.” Mike: “We need to talk about how we will spend the day (s).” Me: “You guys just go ahead and make plans. If we fit into them, let us know. I’ll help with whatever you come up with.” Just call me Mrs. Scrooge.

I wish you have an absoutely wonderful Christmas no matter how you spend it!
I just want it to be over though because I am not looking forward to another holiday without Mom. :(

We spend Christmas with my step daughter. I tell myself I should get more excited about it. But I cannot. I do look forward to when my kids and i all get together.

I've kinda got the 'bah, humbug' attitude myself.

Maybe it's not having snow on the ground...
