So today I tried to continue reading American Gods but chapter 4 was extremely boring. The story was going nowhere so I checked some goodreads.com reviews. One said that the beginning was okay but then it was just mini-stories and a bad ending (or something) so I decided to quit trying to struggle with the book. So I decided to read Executive Privilege by Phillip Margolin. I quit before finishing the first chapter. Then I started reading Margolin's The Last Innocent Man. That one I liked a lot better. Today I finished Part 1 of 4.

The story is about David Nash a criminal lawyer. It begins with David's client Gault being found not guilty even though it's implied that he is. David certainly thinks so and eventually, after defending another not so innocent guy, becomes depressed about the fact that he is letting bad people go free. So far it's not yet clear what the main mystery of the story will be. Hopefully that will be revealed in Part 2.

These days I'm feeling very tired. More than usually. Not sure why.
