It’s been such a long time, my love. I’ve told you so many times, but I still feel like maybe you don’t know just how much admiration I have for you when I look at you. I brim and overflow with love.

I’m amazed at how easily you’ve accepted the worst of me. I’m amazed at your smile in those small moments where the best of me shines through the muck.

I know that in my life, my mind and my heart seem so divided and scattered. But I know at the end of the day that you’ll be by my side. I know that you won’t give up on me so long as I keep trying.

Thank you for the life we’ve lead. Thank you for the son we’re raising. Thank you for your sons that I’ve grown to love. As crazy and as run down as I allow myself to get, I want you to know that no matter how badly my demon gets the best of me....now matter how badly I want to end myself due to my own pain, I won’t. The four of you are the glue that keeps me secured in this realm.
