It's seems these days that the so call day of rest entails more work and manual graft than the rest of the week.
McD finally decided it was time to use the canning pot bought over from America. We performed an "empty" bar water test. All good. Today ratty-tooee Is being bottled. If it all works it will be a nice thing to enjoy through winter. Bottled summer ;0).
