Finished reading Cosmopolis today. Ugh, I gave it 1 star, it was just that bad. The writing style was good but the plot and point of the story were nonexistent. Basically a salad that was all cream and no vegetables, not even salt. So thus concludes day 4 of my misery. Having finished the God awful book was just the beginning of a bad day. I don’t even want to talk about it. Basically I decided that next time I’m not coming, at least not for this long. Even if next summer they decide to stay here for an entire month I’ll just have to toughen up and stay home. One must choose the least of evils. Thought sadly our time here is still long and I fear it’s all downhill from here. But maybe she’ll finally learn her lesson, though I doubt because it seems her head is filled with water. I have to increase my self-denial. Hedgehog. More googling about how a bad poem is made. One must know the do’s and don’ts alike. Maybe eventually I’ll get to the do’s, googling the don’ts is just funnier.
