Wonder in A New Journey

We went to the movie Wonder, I literally cried several times and Dennis cried too, it is a very sad movie but well played movie, I feel for this family. I do recommend y’all to go see that movie.

After the movie we went out to dinner at Red Lobster, I have not been to Red Lobster since I last worked there way back in 1993 when I used to be a Bartender assistant. IT was so delicious. We sat and chatted again for another 2 more hours. Talking about our families and grand kids!

He wanted me to go with him today for a walk but I had to go to work this morning, and I am home and all I want to do is catch up here and relax for the day and stay warm. It’s blowing 65 MPH here and cloudy. SO I told him I will talk to him later on.

I do like him a lot, my daughter has known him for over 5 years as he is a regular at her Starbucks location, she knows more about him than I do and that is funny to me. SO Dennis has told me he would like to go on a 3rd date and I accept. SMILING

HE is a Vet and retired as he worked for a telephone company for 35 years and got his early retirement. SO he is a director for ALON groups and he is very involved with the Vet groups to help the Vets to make they are getting the help they need. I am really impressed with his history and I am really happy to know I finally met some one who is not a drinker as I had always picked the bad men out there. My daughter has always been wanting me to meet him and funny thing was that Dennis had seen me many times the last few months and asked Cat who I was and she finally told him I was her mom. SO it took him 3 weeks to have the nerve to ask my DAUGHTER her permission for him to ask me out! Never had that happened!!
SO she of course approved! BUT she had to ween her way to have me meet him AND not bad at all!
HE is very handsome, takes very care of himself! He owns his own home and has another home in Michigan as his father lives out there. He travels out there every other months and stays for a month at a time. He has lived here for 38 years and Casper will be his HOME!
He LOVES to cook, (yes that is a super plus for me!), loves to read, go for walks, go to Museums, Symphony and he wants me to go to a concert with him in 2 weeks but believe it or not I can’t even remember who the musician is! (my bad) Ill have to ask him tonight when he calls me!
and OH guess what, We both have the same age grand son’s name JERITH!! I call mine JB! WOW! That is why my daughter likes him cuz she already knows his daughter too.

SO I shall see how this goes!

3 more days to Thanksgiving.
I am so Thankful for being here with my Daughter Cat! This will be my first Thanksgiving with her and my grand kids!!
