Dinner Menu 11/5 - 11/11 in A Week of Dinners

Sunday 11/5

Chicken taquitos (using the chicken that Bobby smoked a few weeks ago), peppers and onions, and refried beans.

I also have this baking in the oven Apple Fritter Bread . I actually doubled it, then did it in a bundt pan instead of doing bread loaves. We’ll see how it turns out.

Monday 11/6

Chili. I have some leftover in the freezer but will add another can of beans and probably a little more meat to it.

Tuesday 11/7
Pulled Pork Sandwiches with coleslaw and green beans. (This is a freezer meal as well, leftovers from when Bobby smoked some pork last month)

Wednesday 11/8
Taco Nachos w/ peppers, onions and avocados. (Also a freezer meal, taco beef is from when I made a big batch a few weeks ago)

Thursday
Baked Pork Tenderloin (breaded with panko/parm cheese) with roasted butternut squash and pasta

Friday
Eggroll in a bowl

Saturday
Homemade Pizza. Pepperoni and bacon for the kids. BBQ chicken for us. I’ll use more of the shredded smoked chicken since I won’t use all of it tonight.

LOTS of freezer meals. Trying to cut back on the grocery bill.
