Senior in A New Journey

Ever since we have moved to Casper, things are going so well, and we are really liking it here and I am happy to say I am going to make this my home for ever!
My son Rocket is getting up and going to school and has something to look forwards to....to Graduate!!
We got a letter to late that I need to get his Senior Year Pictures done by Oct 31st for the Year Book. I knew about the pictures that needed to be done but I wasn’t expecting with in a couple of weeks. LIKE for real I should have been told like when school started, but the problem was that Rocket was originally a Junior, but once they got all his records from Texas they told Rocket he will be graduating earlier as planned due to him having more credits than any Casper Senior student has, SO he is just taking a few subjects and he is on a work program to find a job, we are sub contractors at a grocery store (my daughter Cat Store as she is the big boss there) but I want him to have a full time job to make his own money and he is anxious to get job asap! He wants his own money. The Sub Contracting usually is seasonal times.
I am so proud of him that he is trying every day to keep going even though he is struggling with is severe migraines. We have been seeing Dr’s left and right and I hope this new MEDS he got will help him, HE has to wake up an hour earlier than usual due to him always waking up and feeling nauseous every morning when he wakes up, HE gets those halo warnings and he can’t eat in the mornings, SO we have been trying to figure out what will work. SO far this new medicine he got 3 weeks ago seems to be holding him thru the day. Last year he had so many brain scans and waves and they talked about Botox and I refused cuz I do not like the side effects! HE would have a migraine 3 to 4 times a week which is why I kept him out of school all last year in Texas. We tried Homeschooling and that didn’t work out as he is Dyslexia, he needs extra help! SO today I am meeting up with all his teachers and we are going over all his testing he has had since school started and go from his Senior plans. I really like this school a lot as they allow the students to pace at their own time as well. Every Senior has a laptop and they do all their work on the laptops. NO books at all. SO that makes it a little easier on Rocket. HE is taking less classes and has more tutoring help which I am so happy for him. HE is accomplishing well. HE is getting up and trying his best! That is all I care about!!

This Park is so beautiful, I love their waterfall, hiking paths, just the view is breathtaking as well! I can’t wait to see what pictures will be done and what he picks for his Senior pictures! This is my baby, and I am going to be emotional about this, I not looking forwards to him going on his own someday!
What am I going to do with out my kids doing things for me!
