Contacts and get away in A New Journey

Happy HUMP DAY!

Since yesterday my right side contacts had been mega bothering me, I took out my left one and COULD not find my right side contacts, SO I had Cat look into my eyes and she couldn’t see it. SO I waited til this morning as this morning was a bad start once I woke up, my right eye was hurting and felt like a peace of rock in my eyes and then on top of that, guess what....
my car wouldn’t start after I had already picked up Rose and JB and stopped at home to get Rocket, left the car running or so I thought I did. Ran up to the apt to get my hot tea that I forgot to grab, Rocket came out and I noticed the car was off. SO I tried to start the car, NOPE it wouldn’t start. OMG WHAT NOW!!
SO I had to call Cat to let her know kids were going to be late for school and she decided to come and help me as she had an extra person helping at her at Starbucks as she is the Supervisor. So she came and got my car jumped and I took Rocket to school and she took Rose and JB.
Then once I got home my eyes was hurting a little more so I called my eye DR and I was able to do a quick walk in and he looked at my eyes. HOLY MOLY my contact was folded up almost to the far right side of my eye ball. HE was able to get it out WHEW did that feel so much better. Then he got me another replacement. I am really hoping I don’t have so much drama about my contacts. I really want to wear them. I really like to heal behind my ears. IT would be a blessing to feel so great behind my ears!!

So now about GET AWAY…I am leaving Saturday to go see my SON CHEF and BUG, yes I get to go see BUG again, I truly thought I would not get to see her for a LONG time. I really miss her. (just thought I mention who she is ..she is my granddaughter). I can’t wait to go visit her and Chef again and see my other 2 girls who I literally raised. I am going to SURPRISE them once I get down there! They are in for a big surprise. I can’t wait to go visit all my other family/friends in Texas! I hope it will be HOT down there. lol
Well I better get off and finish reading and get started on a few things around my apt. I am a little discouraged, since I have been here I have not received my medicare card. I need them as I am seeing DR’s already. SO I called Medicare and they are suppose to call me back! I hope they will soon.
