Dinner Menu 10/1-10/7 in A Week of Dinners

Sunday
Bobby is smoking a big pork roast. Then we’ll have sweet potatoes and dinner rolls.

Monday
Leftovers with a different vegetable. May get coleslaw to make sandwiches with it also. Then I’ll freeze what’s leftover.

Tuesday
Beef roast with potatoes and vegetables and dinner rolls. (Some of this will get frozen as well.)

Wednesday
Asian Grilled Chicken w/ a vegetable and pasta.

~Marinate your chicken in 2T lemon juice ; 2T toasted sesame seeds; 2 cloves of garlic; 2t ginger; 2 green onions; 1/4c soy sauce; 1/4c teriyaki; 1t honey; and 2t sesame oil

Thursday
Sweet and sour Meatballs w/ rice and a veggie.

Friday
Hot dogs, chips, with a vegetable. Bumming it! haha

Saturday
Pork Ribs with some side and a vegetable.

All I see is roast, roast, roast LOL. In all seriousness, I love the idea of having dinner menus for the entire week. It certainly takes the guestwork away from, "what are we having for dinner?"

Haha I know. I realized that when I was typing it out. They'll be way different, but yeah. The pulled pork was awesome last night!

Yeah planning is a part of it. I never go to the grocery store without a list anymore.
