Updates and more updates! in It's a Suhaila!

Wow, it’s August. Where did that come from?

As it is the summer breaks, I am allowed a bit of a break in my studies, which is good, because I have a bit more Suhaila time. It’s been good as my sister is home from uni… but she will be going back as she isgoing to start an MSc in the autumn.

Just a shame the weather has had a bit of a mind-warp, there’s been a lot more rain than expected over the last few weeks for the time of year. At least Salena has been home to spend time with!

I really have to be careful what I say now, as Jasmine is picking up more and more words as she toddles around the house after me.

I went to the cricket on Friday night, for the T20 - big derby match. I went with Scott, Salena babysat Jasmine for me. It was a great game, even more so as we hammered the local rivals by 7 wickets. Afterwards I went back to Scott’s and stayed the night and.... ;) yes, it was fabulous… possibly the best ever. Made me understand why women have babies, lol.

So I have a month or so of sister time before she sets off on the next chapter of her university life… which I am determined to make the most of.
