Untitled

Open your eyes,
To what you’ve done.
Who you’ve touched
And what you’ve won.

What seems like a bliss
Is only a mirage;
One to overcome
And one to dodge.

Think of all memories
That linger in the past.
Childhood fantasies
That dwindle fast.

My dream of happiness
Is closing in strong.
Sometimes I feel heartedly
Like my life is all wrong.

In closing I will say,
No one will ever know.
The pain I do possess,
In my heart’s hole.

I don’t remember the circumstances behind writing this. If I remember, I will post. Anyway, old one but decent.
