Catch Me
To catch me would silence me;
But would it let you understand?
Insightful, yet shallowing,
Would I survive under your hand?
How could you stifle
What I hold evident and real?
Starving from the meritless journey
Of reinventing the surreal.
Vexed of this displacement,
A soul bitter and weak;
Pardon my piteous mumblings
And suppress my ardent speak.
