There’s a class action lawsuit against Carnival Cruise Lines for unwanted robo calls. Anyone’s phone number that’s on the list is eligible to file for up to $900. The link is HERE. Leave out the dashes for your number. Just area code & number. Good luck and love to all! Check the phone numbers of friends and family who are struggling, too, please. Let’s make these telemarketers pay US for a change AND help others in need!

Nope. Damn.

Did you omit the dashes? For instance if your number is 123-456-7890, enter as 1234567890. A couple of friends thought they didn't qualify but when they went back and tried without dashes, it worked.

I didn't put dashes in.

I filed mine last night. However my husband wasn't on the list.

One is better than none. :)

We're in!! Finally, something good to come from a telemarketer. Won't Mom be surprised!

ConnieK GypsyWynd ⋅ August 17, 2017

YAY YAY YAY!!!!! Still praying for you, though. :)

I hate telemarketers. I wish they would do one of these for the stupid home security ones because they call my phone every.single.day

Check your number on the website. You never know.

Thanks for the info -- I'll pass it on!

My number is there, but we screen our calls and our answering machine is on almost all the time. Part of the claim form says that one did indeed receive one or more such calls, but I can't honestly attest to that. Robo calls usually come through as blanks. Might call the number on the site to see what they say about that.

If your number is on the list, you did indeed receive the call. Just because you didn't answer does not mean they didn't call, IMO.
